Information you provide
We collect the contact information, inquiry message, and contact-permission choices you submit when requesting housing assistance, including through our website chat widget. Please do not include sensitive claim documents, payment details, government identifiers, or medical information in an inquiry.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to review requests, respond to you, and coordinate housing-related next steps. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee housing availability, a booking, or insurance approval.
We may respond by email. Calls and texts require your documented permission; submitting a form or providing a phone number alone does not grant call or text consent.
Service providers and sharing
Our inquiry tools are hosted through GoHighLevel/LeadConnector. Service providers that operate our forms, communications, and related business systems may process information to provide those services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may share relevant inquiry details with housing providers, insurance adjusters, and restoration contractors as needed to coordinate your housing request. This does not include sharing SMS opt-in data or consent records with those parties.
Contact choices
Text messages are sent only about your housing inquiry and related coordination, and only where you have given permission. Consent is not a condition of submitting an inquiry or purchasing services. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for assistance. Retention and your requests
We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, coordinate related services, and meet applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations. Some information may need to be retained to document communication permissions and honor opt-outs. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your inquiry information, contact stay@tulsach.com. Requests are subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.
